CORE FLAVOUR
Cereal and fruit salad.
NOSE
Multi-layered and fascinating, the nose offers lots of malty cereal, wet straw and peaty smoke alongside juicy fruit-salad notes of grapes and oranges.
PALATE
More fruit at first mingles with nuts, toffee, and cereal before an explosion of smoke takes over, slowly dissipating and leading to baked apple pastries.
FINISH
Baked apples and wisps of smoke from a wood-burning stove.

Den legendariske whiskysamlaren Suhkinder Singh är välkänd för många, speciellt genom sin postorderbutik The Whisky Exchange. Suhkinder lyckades väl med sina samlingar så pass bra att han öppnade två butiker i London.
År 2008 lanserade han serien Elements of Islay där fatstark Islaywhisky buteljerades med etiketter där destillerinamnen förkortade påminde om kemins periodiska system.
Idag är huvudprodukterna tre blended malts: Cask Edit, Bourbon Cask och Sherry Cask.

 Ett nytt härligt år
Så har julen fått dansa ut och nu har snön kommit till oss. Utanför fönstret är det cirka 10 minus och snöigt. Det är vinter! Vi skriver inte bara 2025 utan även januari. En månad som är starten för det kommande whiskyåret. Ett år med massor av skoj som väntar på oss. |
