Not just another malt

Adelphi Distillery Ltd är en oberoende buteljerare som under många år har buteljerat whisky av yppersta kvalité.
Till sin hjälp att välja fat har man den kände journalisten och författaren Charles MacLean. Av alla fat man provar så är det bara ungefär 4% som klarar sig vidare till buteljering, som görs helt utan påverkan av kylfiltrering eller sockerkulörer eftersom man prioriterar renheten väldigt högt.

Vi ser tydligt att världen är lite försiktigare med sina varor. Många producenter tar det lite lugnare med att buteljera livets vatten (whisky). Det är färre erbjudanden och dom kommer lite mer sällan. Dryckesmarknaden verkar hålla andan.
