Nose: Light and delicate, with apple, pear and doughy aromas, then some delicious floral notes of rosehip and honeysuckle. Then some oak spices (ginger, cinnamon, vanilla) and brazil nuts.
Palate: Medium-bodied, with sponge cake, perach, green apple and orange zest. Then becomes very grassy, with heather notes emerging. Oakiness appears mid-palate: floorboards, resin, then clove and anise kick in.
Finish: Medium-long, tingling, mouthwatering.
Comment: A very pleasant medium-weight dram from this much-lamented Lowlander. Grassy, floral and elegant - just what you would expect from a Lowland distillery of this calibre.

Information: Den nästan legendariske whiskysamlaren Suhkinder Singh är välkänd för många, speciellt genom sin butik The Whisky Exchange. Suhkinder har lyckats väl med sina samlingar och sin butik, så pass bra att han öppnat ytterligare en i Londons kända Vinopolis, ett dryckes tempel i södra London.
Under senaste åren har man börjat buteljera med egen etikett som man kallar The Single Malts of Scotland. Flera buteljeringar har fått mycket bra kritik i olika whisky tidningar, inklusive Editors Shoice i Whisky Magazine.
The Single Malts of Scotland buteljeras egentligen av hans andra bolag Speciality Drinks com även har en internet shop med rikt utbud av olika drycker.
